��اس میں بچہ كے غ ّصہ كو كیسے قابو پایا جائے یہ سكھایا گیا.
كا غ ّصہ آتا ھے ? Level🎲 اس بات كو ضرور دیكھا جائے كه بچہ كو كب كب اور كس
ركھے. positive🎲 ماں بچہ كو سیكھائے كہ وه كیسے اپنے غ ّصہ كو
�� ماں كو چائیے كه وه بچہ كو كوئی حل دے.
پڑھے, لمبی لمبی سانس لے, counting Backward🎲 جیسے ہی بچہ كو غ ّصہ آئے تو ماں كو چائیے كہ وه بچہ كو كہے
دعا پڑھے.
��ماں خود بھی اپنے غ ّصہ پر قابو ركھے جب وه بچہ كو بتائے.
��اس میں غ ّصہ كے جو 5 پوائٹس بتائے گئے اس پر بچہ سے عمل كروانے سے پہلے اپنے اوپر عمل كریں.

🎯Teach them How to express their anger in a positive way.
✅Teach your child anger management and how to solve their anger.
🎓Give your child good substitutes/alternates. Guide them
⏳Deep breathing, conversation, counting and duas can help.
☺️You have to control yourself to control your childs anger.
🏆Apply the 5 mentioned points. And practice them yourself first.

كرنا بری بات ہے. Cheating🎲 بچہ نہیں سمجھتا كہ
��یہ جاننے كی كوشش كریں كہ بچہ جھوٹ كیوں بول رہا ہے ?? وجوہات تالش كریں.
��بچہ كے جھوٹ بولنے پر ماں فوراً غصہ نہ كرے.
��ماں بچہ كو بتائے كہ كیوں جھوٹ بولنا اور چیٹینگ كرنا برا ہے? اور اس كے نقصانات بھی بتائے كہ دنیا اور آخرت میں اس
كا كیا نقصان ہے.
��ماں بچہ كے سامنے جھوٹ نہ بولے .
��ماں حكمت كے ساتھ اپنے بچہ كو صحیح وقت پر بتائے جب بچہ سننے واال ہو.
اگر پھر بھی یہ سب چیزیں فائده نہ دیں تو كونسیلینگ كے ذریعے مدد لیں.

🤔Your Child doesn’t feel cheating is wrong.
🔎Try to find out why your child is lying.
😡Don’t show immediate anger if you catch your child lying.
🗣Tell them why its wrong to lie and cheat. And tell its disadvantages in this world as well as the
here after.
🚫Don’t lie to/in front of your child.
🎯Also teach them hikmat of when and how to speak the right thing at the right time.
🏆If all of this doesn’t help take external counselling.
