🔹Unintentional homicide and it’s recompense.
Allah SWT has stipulated a particular way to seek forgiveness in case of unintentional homicide.
✨ If the victim is a believer and a free man then the recompense would be:
1) Free one believing slave and
2) Pay the blood money to the victims family. The family may decide to waive off the money .
✨ The victim is a believer but from a rival tribe with whom a covenant is in place; then blood money would have to be given along with freeing a believing slave.
✨ If the victim is a believer and from a rival tribe but no covenant is in place then only a slave has to be freed.
✨ In case a person does have the ability to do the above than he has to fast consecutively for two months.
(Ayat 92)
🔹Intentional homicide of a believer stipulates the following punishments;
✨ Eternal abode in hellfire
✨ Wrath of Allah SWT
✨ Curse of Allah SWT
✨Allah SWT has prepared for him a great chastisement.
(Ayat 93)
🔹This ayat holds the command for the believers to investigate before going out in the way of Allah SWT. In matters pertaining to social interactions take people at face value. Do not doubt intentions.
(Ayat 94)
🔹 Allah SWT prefers those who sacrifice their life and wealth in His way over those people who shirk away without any valid reason.
(Ayat 95)
🔹Eman needs to be actively safeguarded, otherwise there is a possibility that it can get effected if living in a corrupt environment. Efforts should be made to migrate from such a corrupt place rather than putting your eman in jeopardy. Deliberately living in such a place ensures a place in hellfire.
(Ayat 97)
🔹Those who migrate for the sake of Allah SWT will find the best and most welcoming abode awaiting them .Enroute if a person dies, than his reward is reserved with Allah SWT.
(Ayat 100)
🔹Salah can be offered as Qasr ( shortening of prayer) during battle or travel. We see that even during battle there is no exemption from salah.
(Ayat 101)
🔹Allah SWT has made the prayer with it’s prescribed times ,obligatory upon the Muslims. The believers even after offering their salah, exalt and glorify Allah SWT sitting, standing , resting; in all states.
(Ayat 103)
🔹 We should not support dishonesty. Justice should be established by using the Quran as a guide.
(Ayat 105)
🔹In this ayah , the believers are commanded to seek forgiveness; do Istaghfaar.

🔹Qatl khata ka kaffara Ghalti say qatl kernay kay gunah per Allah Ta’ala say tauba kernay ka tareeqa Allah ny khud muqarrar kerdiya hai.
✨ Maqtool ager momin aur azad insaan hai tu kaffara
1. Aik momin ghulam ko azaad kerna aur
2. Maqtool kay warison ko khoon baha bhi daina illa yeh keh waris khoon baha maaf ker dain.
✨ Maqtool ager momin ho laiken dushman qoum say ho aur un say moaida ho chuka ho tou bhi khoon ada kerna hoga aur aik momin ghulam aazaad kerna hoga.
✨ Maqtool ager momin ho aur dushman qoum say ho mager un say moaida nahi howa tha tou sirf aik gardan aazaad kerni hogi.
✨ Ager koi is ki istita’at na rakhta ho tou usay do maah kay lagataar rozay rakhnay hon gy.
(Ayat: 92)
🔹 Kisi momin ko jaan boojh ker qatl kernay ki sazaien
✨ Jahannum ki hameshgi.
✨ Allah ka ghasab.
✨ Allah ki lanat.
✨Allah nay us kay liye bara azaab tayyar ker rakha hai.
(Ayat: 93)
🔹Is ayat mai imaan waloun ko hukm diya ja raha hai ku jab tum Allah ki raah mai niklo to tehqeeq ker liya karo. Apas kay muamlaat mai zahiriyat per muamla kerna chahiye. Kisi ki niyat per shuk nahi kerna chaiye.
(Ayat: 94)
🔹 Allah Ta’ala ny apni jaan o maal ky saath jihaad kernay walon ko baghair uzar ky bethay rehnay waloun per fazilat di hai.
(Ayat: 95)
🔹Imaan ki hifazat be hadd zaroori hai warna kufr kay mahol mai reh ker insaan waisa he ho jata hai is liye mumkina koshish kerni chahiye ky ager kisi ilaqay mai rehtay howay imaan ki hifazat mushkil ho tou aisi jagah say hijrat ker li jaiye jaan boojh ker aisay mahol mai rehnay waloun ka thikana jahannum hai.
(Ayat: 97)
🔹Allah ki raah mai hijrat kernay walay apnay liye zameen mai behtreen jaiye panah aur wusat paiengay. Aur ager koi doran e hijrat he wafat pa gaya tab bhi uska ajer Allah kay zimmay hai.
(Ayat: 100)
🔹Safar aur jang mai Namaz Qasr ker laina jaiz hai. pata chalta hai ky ain maidan e jung mai bhi namaz muaaf nahi hai. (Ayat: 101)
🔹 Mominoun per Allah nay namaz waqt ki pabandi kay saath farz ker di hai. Imaan walay namaz kay baad bhi kharay, bethay, laitay her haal mai Allah ko yaad kertay hain.
(Ayat: 103)
🔹 Hamain khiyanayt kaar ka saath nahi daina chahiye aur is kitab ky zariye logon kay dermiyaan haqq kay mutabiq faislay kernay chahiye.
(Ayat: 105)
🔹Is ayat mai mominon ko astahgfaar kernay ka hukm diya ja raha hai.
(Ayat: 106)

قتل خطا کا کفارہ
غلطی سے قتل کے گناہ پر اللہ تعالٰی سے توبہ کرنے کا طریقہ اللہ نے خود مقرر کردیا ہے
ا✨ مقتول اگر مومن اور آزاد انسان ہے تو کفارہ
ایک مومن غلام کو آزاد کرنا اور
مقتول کے وارثوں کو خون بہا بھی دینا إلّا یہ کہ وارث خون بہا معاف کر دیں
ا✨ مقتول اگر مومن ہو لیکن دشمن قوم سے ہو اور ان سے معاہدہ ہو چکا ہو تو بھی خون بہا ادا کرنا ہوگااور ایک مومن غلام آزاد کرنا ہوگا
ا✨ مقتول اگر مومن ہو اور دشمن قوم سے ہو مگر ان سے معاہدہ نہیں ہوا تھا تو پھر صرف ایک گردن آزاد کرنی ہو گی
ا✨ اگرکوئی اس کی استطاعت نہ رکھتا ہو تو اسے دو ماہ کے لگاتار روزے رکھنے ہوں گے
(آیت 92)
کسی مومن کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کرنے کی سزائیں
جھنم کی ہمیشگی ✨
اللہ کا غضب ✨
اللہ کی لعنت ✨
ا✨ اللہ نے اس کے لئے بڑا عذاب تیار کر رکھاہے
(آیت 93)
اس آیت میں ایمان والوں کو حکم دیا جا رہا ہے کہ جب تم اللہ کی راہ میں نکلو تو تحقیق کر لیا کرو. آپس کے معاملات میں ظاہریت پر معاملہ کرنا چاہیے . کسی کی نیت پر شک نہیں کرنا چاہیے
(آیت 94)
اللہ تعالٰی نے اپنی جان و مال کے ساتھ جہاد کرنے والوں کو بغیر عذر کے بیٹھے رہنے والوں پر فضیلت دی ہے
(آیت 95)
ایمان کی حفاظت بے حد ضروری ہے ورنہ کفر کے ماحول میں رہ کر انسان ویسا ہی ہوجاتا اس لئے ممکنہ کوشش کرنی چاہیے کہ اگر کسی علاقے میں رہتے ہوئے ایمان کی حفاظت مشکل ہو تو ایسی جگہ سے ہجرت کر لی جائے. جان بوجھ کر ایسے ماحول میں رہنے والوں کا ٹھکانہ جھنم ہے
(آیت 97)
اللہ کی راہ میں ہجرت کرنے والے اپنے لئے زمین میں بہترین جائے پناہ اور وسعت پائیں گے۔ اور اگر کوئی دوران ہجرت ہی وفات پا گیا تب بھی اسکا اجر اللہ کے ذمہ ہے۔
(آیت 100)
سفر اور جنگ میں نماز قصر کر لینا جائز ہے. پتہ چلتا ہے کہ عین میدانِ جنگ میں بھی نماز معاف نہیں ہے
(آیت 101)
مومنوں پر اللہ نے نماز وقت کی پابندی کے ساتھ فرض کر دی ہے. ایمان والے نماز کے بعد بھی کھڑے، بیٹھے، لیٹے ہر حال میں اللہ کو یاد کرتے ہیں
(آیت 103)
ہمیں خیانت کار کا ساتھ نہیں دینا چاہیے اور اس کتاب کے ذریعے لوگوں کے درمیان حق کے مطابق فیصلے کرنے چاہیے
(آیت 105)
اس آیت میں مومنوں کو استغفار کرنے کا حکم دیا جا رہا ہے
